These BibTeX-files were generated automatically from the html-files on the corresponding proceedings CDs. Some of the older ones (ICASSP 95/96 and ICSLP96) were created by Pablo Fetter of DaimlerChrysler Research the newer ones by myself.
There are some mistakes left in some of these -- I might get around to fixing them sometime in the future...
