Natural Bodybuilding

 I have been passionately involved in natural bodybuilding for 11 years. I am a member of the Natural Physique Association (NPA) and have been competing since 2005. Some of my achievements include:


2008:
  • 3rd in the NPA British Heavyweight finals, and

    • best British Heavyweight presentation,

  • NPA Mike Williams Classic Heavyweight champion,

  • EPF UK Open Heavyweight vice-champion (untested contest),

  • UKBFF Stars of Tomorrow Classic Bodybuilding vice-champion (untested contest),

  • best Heavyweight presentation in the NPA South-East Bodybuilding Championships,

  • best Heavyweight presentation in the NPA Heart of England Bodybuilding Championships.

2006:
  • NPA British Heavyweight vice-champion, and

    • best British Heavyweight presentation,

  • NPA South-East Heavyweight champion, and

    • best Heavyweight presentation.

  • 3rd in the Heavyweight class in the NPA Heart of England Bodybuilding Championships.

2005:
  • 2nd in the class in the NPA South-East Bodybuilding Championships.

I have qualified for the national (British) finals every competitive year. In 2005 I was unable to compete in the finals due to academic commitments; in 2006 finals I placed 2nd in the Heavyweight class; two years later, in 2008 and in the best natural heavyweight line-up seen on a British stage, I placed 3rd.
