Semantic Web software engineer. Created a semantic search
engine for research documents generated within BT. The project was a success
and was displayed at a European presentation for SEKT (Semantically Enabled
Knowledge Technologies). Used Java, MySQL, HTML and JavaScript.

PC Maritime Ltd (Placement - 14 weeks in total)
During 2 summer vacations
and a Christmas break, worked at PC Maritime, a company specialising in
creating electronic chart and navigational software for ships. Helped the
company achieve Type Approval for their system. Used C++ and Windows XP
Embedded.
