Sample Stradx Data

Here is a sample Stradx data set of the hepatic ducts in the human liver. It consists of three files:

liver.sx
An ascii file containing the size and position of each image in 3D space.
liver.sxi
A binary file containing the images.
liver_calib.sxc
An ascii file containing the calibration parameters used in this recording.
More information on the format of Stradx data files is given here.

In order to make it easier for you to load this data, the name of the calibration file in the .sx file is given without a full path name. Make sure you leave the liver_calib.sxc file in the same directory as the liver.sx file, otherwise Stradx will not know where to look for the calibration file.
