I am a Senior Research Associate in the Machine Intelligence Laboratory. I graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2000 before studying the MPhil in Computer Speech and Language Processing at CUED, and progressing to a PhD on discriminative complexity control and linear projections completed in 2005 with Dr. Mark Gales. Other faculty staff members in the group are Prof. Steve Young, Prof. Phil Woodland, and Dr. Bill Byrne. I am an associate of Clare Hall.
