Download wxOCTdemo built for 32-bit Windows here. The application requires the FFTW library, which can be downloaded here and should be placed in the same directory as wxOCTdemo. You may also require the MS VC++ libraries:

msvcp100 or msvcr100 for Windows 7 or Vista users. msvcp100 or msvcr100 for Windows XP users.
